Hope Lifts 12

dee hope 2 A definition of hope is;

“Promoting the desire of positive outcomes related to events and circumstances in one’s life or in the world at large.”

For me there is such an excitement attached to hope. We all hope for different things in different seasons of our life. To even acknowledge that our hope will one day be a reality is enormous.

“To live without hope is to cease to live”  Fyodor Dostoevsky

You may be in a season of lost hope. I have a friend who is longing to have a baby.

After years of struggle for her and her husband to fall pregnant resulting in no success they face a desperate situation.

She writes; ‘I struggle so much with the unknown, but I have this unnatural peace and calm at the moment. In a time when things can drastically change, when we do some more testing tomorrow, that will determine when and how we will start. I know God is with us, He is with me and is never going to leave.’

This couple have decided to start IVF. A challenging road follows but they wait in hope, knowing they are not alone in this journey.

If you are struggling today, be encouraged that you don’t have to face your fears alone.

Hope in something greater.

It will come.

Dare to see your situation through different eyes.

Hope lifts expectations

Hope encourages for your future.

About Dee Beets

Dee grew up in the beautiful tourist town of Kiama NSW, with the beach on one side and rolling hills on the other. At the age of eleven, with her family, she moved across to the sunny state of Western Australia, where she later met her man and married him. Deanna is into her second year of Homeschooling her 2 primary aged children. Scary and rewarding at the same time, she is looking forward to going against the grain, doing life a little differently and finding joy in learning through nurturing. In her spare time she experiments with clean eats and recharges with gym workouts.

    Life is full of ups and downs but there is always hope for a better tomorrow 🙂

    Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.

    So true. We are never alone in our struggles. He is always there going through with us, ready to bring good out of hard situations even when we don’t understand. We look back and see His goodness in our lives. I see His goodness in your life.
