Peace, what is it?
In contrast, we can accept that peace is an internal condition.
One we navigate each day by challenging our assumptions about how life should be, reviewing our goals and aspirations, interpreting feelings, revisiting our priorities, and making corresponding modifications to where we are spending our time.
It comes back to us – we determine and judge our own peace.
The most complete word that encapsulates my desire for peace is shalom (the Hebrew word for peace): wholeness, health, welfare, safety, soundness, tranquility, perfection, fullness, rest, and harmony.
Take time to review your own goals and aspirations.
